Message	I usually plea not guilty and most of the time and it gets dismissed at pre-trial when you appear before the judge to make your 'official' plea. The plea you give the lady at the window that you are required to do within 10 days or so of getting the ticket is not your 'official' plea. If the judge doesn't dismiss it at the pre-trial then I take it to trial and bet the cop doesn't show... that's happened every time I've gone to trial so far (twice). If the cop does show up then I'll plea it out before the trial starts and take defensive driving or something like that.
